The Three Lions Recall Saka While Bellingham, Foden & Grealish Are Omitted
Bukayo Saka has recorded a dozen goals in 44 caps for England.
The national side have included the Arsenal winger for upcoming fixtures versus Wales and Latvia, however no room for Jude Bellingham, Foden or Jack Grealish.
Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka was absent from last month's qualifier victories over Serbia and Andorra due to a hamstring injury.
The 24-year-old recently returned for Arsenal and found the net in their 2-0 win against Olympiacos midweek.
Saka replaces club colleague Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November because of a knee problem.
The Three Lions meet the Welsh in a warm-up match at Wembley on Thursday before a World Cup qualifier in Latvia on October 14.
Should England triumph in Latvia, they will require a just two more points from their final two matches versus Albania and Serbia in the next month to qualify for the World Cup in North America.
Leverkusen's Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after sustaining a knee injury versus Arsenal last weekend.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who earned their maiden national team selections previously, keep their spots. Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, even with the recovery of Adam Wharton.
Saka has only played one game for the manager since taking over as national team boss, because of fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham missed the previous squad as he recovered from a shoulder operation and has managed just one start for his club after coming back to fitness.
The Manchester City player was left out from Tuchel's last England squad following a loss of form and has been unsuccessful in returning, despite a strong start to the season with City.
The forward also misses out despite a resurgence with Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for the national team since last year.
